How do I know her?
Marisa Kwiatkowski wrote a story about the INPACT organization, which I have referenced in previous posts. I initially raised concerns about this organization in 2001, but the alleged perpetrator was not arrested until 2009.
Despite being gaslit by the suspect's coworker—and even by some Indiana University faculty and administrators—the State of Indiana eventually opened an investigation, though only after a prolonged delay.
During the COVID-19 shutdown, I spoke at length with Luke Britt, the former Indiana Public Access Counselor, about my ongoing issues. Unable to understand why the state took so long to investigate credible concerns, I brought up Kwiatkowski's article. Britt acknowledged that he communicates with her regularly and even mentioned that she has personal knowledge regarding the specific IU class I took with Miles. However, she has never confirmed whether she actually was witness to the 2001 incident that first sparked my suspicions about INPACT.
The way Britt responded has led me to believe that Kwiatkowski does, in fact, have personal knowledge of the 2001 incidents in Bloomington and Valparaiso, Indiana.
Reflecting further, I now realize why she looks so familiar. I believe she was present in June 2018, when an attorney unlawfully disclosed my education records to a group of suspected criminals in Newton County, Indiana—a disclosure that ultimately led to one man attempting to kill me. I also suspect she may have been present during the original 2001 incident in Valparaiso. Additionally, a series of events in Valparaiso around 2009 involved my Porter County Library records being unlawfully disclosed, and I believe Kwiatkowski may have been involved there as well.
Overall, I am concerned that Kwiatkowski's political maneuvering has put both my privacy and my safety at risk.
